BULK BROADCASTS

Mass WhatsApp sends, the way Meta actually allows — on the official Cloud API.

Broadcast to the contacts you pick from your list — narrow by group, status, source, or contact type, then send. Template broadcasts go out any time to any contact; session broadcasts reach anyone inside the open 24-hour window with no template needed. Schedule for later or send now, then watch delivery, read and reply land in real time per recipient. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account, so Meta's per-conversation fee is billed straight to you — we add 0% on top.

Three things every D2C team already lives with

The "without getting banned" search is the loudest reason buyers are here

Half the SERP for "bulk WhatsApp" is panicked compliance content. Numbers get banned for one reason: bulk sends through grey-tool browser automation, on unapproved templates, to people who never opted in. The fix is not a clever workaround — it is the official WhatsApp Cloud API and Meta-approved templates, every time. WhatsMark only sends through the official API, and only templates Meta has approved. Anyone selling "bulk WhatsApp" through a browser add-on or unofficial gateway is selling a future ban.

Markup on Meta's fees punishes you exactly when volume goes up

Ask any platform one question: who bills you for the messages? If the answer is 'we do', you are buying credits at a rate card they set — and on a 200,000-recipient Diwali send, whatever sits between Meta's rate and theirs is pure rent for nothing they did. WhatsMark works differently: you connect your own WhatsApp Business Account, so Meta bills the conversation fee directly to you at Meta's rates. We charge a flat subscription and add 0% on the message fee — the volume that should be your advantage stops being your tax.

A blind blast tells you nothing — you need proof each message landed

Most bulk tools fire and forget: you send 40,000 messages and get back a single 'done'. WhatsMark tracks every recipient individually — sent, delivered, read, replied, failed, and which button they tapped — updating live from Meta's webhooks as the send runs. When it finishes you can resend only the failures, or clone the campaign down to just the people who replied and follow up with them. The loop closes from 'sent' to 'who actually engaged'.

The four pieces

What you actually need to run WhatsApp marketing at scale

Broadcast to the slice of your list you choose

Build the audience from your contacts: narrow the picker by contact group (vip, cart-abandoned, python-101), status, source, or contact type, then broadcast to the selection. Two send modes cover both jobs — Template broadcasts go to any contact at any time on a Meta-approved template, and Session broadcasts reach anyone currently inside the open 24-hour window with a free-form message, no template needed. A live count shows how many reachable contacts you have selected before you launch.

Right number, right window, WhatsApp or Messenger

Pick which connected number sends the broadcast — the audience is automatically scoped to contacts reachable on that channel. Session broadcasts are filtered to contacts inside WhatsApp's 24-hour service window (Messenger uses its 7-day window) so you never fire a free-form message that Meta will reject. Template broadcasts skip the window because that is exactly what templates are for. The same wizard routes to Facebook Messenger automatically when you target a Messenger channel.

Schedule it, then pause, resume, or cancel mid-send

Send now, or schedule the broadcast for a future date and time — a background sweep fires it the minute it comes due. Once it is running you are not locked in: pause a broadcast, resume it, cancel it outright, or let it finish and resend only the recipients that failed. Marketing broadcasts that qualify are routed through Meta's cheaper Marketing Messages Lite path automatically, with a transparent fallback to the standard endpoint when they don't — no setting to toggle.

Real-time per-recipient reporting, then re-engage repliers

Every recipient carries its own live status — sent, delivered, read, replied, failed — plus button-click tracking, all streaming in from Meta's delivery webhooks as the campaign runs. When it wraps, one action clones the broadcast down to just the contacts who replied so your follow-up lands only on warm hands, and another resends only the failures. No exporting to a spreadsheet to figure out what happened.

Scenario 01 / Diwali peak send (e-commerce)

A 40,000-contact Diwali template blast, tracked recipient by recipient — with zero markup on the Meta fees.

A D2C beauty brand groups its opted-in shoppers as 'diwali-2026' and broadcasts the sale template to that group. Because the brand connected its own WhatsApp Business Account, Meta's marketing-conversation fee is billed straight to their Meta account — WhatsMark adds nothing on top. As the send runs, delivery, read and reply status updates live per recipient; qualifying messages route through Marketing Messages Lite for the lower marketing rate automatically. The morning after, one click clones the broadcast down to the 3,100 shoppers who replied for a same-week follow-up.

  • 0% markup — your own WABA means Meta bills the conversation fee directly to you
  • Live per-recipient delivery / read / reply / failed status as the send runs
  • MM Lite routing on eligible marketing broadcasts, with automatic fallback
  • Clone-to-repliers: one click builds a follow-up broadcast of just the people who answered

Scenario 02 / Appointment-block notice (healthcare)

A clinic-wide notice scheduled for 8 AM — replies land in the team inbox.

A multi-speciality clinic in Pune needs to tell 4,200 patients that cardiology is closed on Friday. Staff group the affected patients, pick a pre-approved utility-category template (order and appointment notices sit in Meta's lower-priced utility category), and schedule the broadcast for 8 AM so it lands before the day starts. When patients reply, the conversation drops straight into the shared team inbox where reception can rebook them — no separate tool, no CSV round-trip.

  • Schedule a broadcast for a specific future date and time
  • Use any Meta-approved template — utility templates carry Meta's lower utility-category rate
  • Pick the exact patient group as the audience from your contact list
  • Replies route into the shared live inbox for the team to handle

Scenario 03 / Live-window update (events)

A free-form update to everyone still inside the 24-hour window — no template, no approval wait.

An event team has 900 attendees who messaged the WhatsApp line in the last day for gate passes. The hall changes at the last minute. There is no time to draft and get a template approved — so they run a Session broadcast instead. The audience builder automatically limits it to contacts whose 24-hour window is still open, and a plain-text update goes out to exactly those 900 people. Anyone outside the window is filtered out before send, so nothing bounces against Meta's rules.

  • Session broadcasts send free-form text — no template submission or approval wait
  • Audience auto-limited to contacts inside the open 24-hour service window
  • Contacts outside the window are excluded before send, not rejected after
  • Same live delivery / read tracking as a template broadcast

FAQ

Common questions, honest answers

Don't see your question? Email me at mailto:[email protected] — I read and answer every one personally.

Two rules, no shortcuts. One: send only through the official WhatsApp Cloud API, never through grey-tool browser automation or an unofficial gateway — that is what actually gets numbers banned. Two: use Meta-approved templates for anything sent outside an active conversation, and only message people who have a genuine relationship with your business. WhatsMark sends exclusively through the official Cloud API and only lets you broadcast on templates Meta has approved. Keeping a clean opted-in list is your responsibility as the business — Meta ties your quality rating and messaging tier to how recipients react, so a well-kept list is also what protects your deliverability.

A template broadcast uses a Meta-approved template and can be sent to any contact at any time — this is what you use for promotions, restocks, and notices. A session (message) broadcast sends free-form text with no template, but only to contacts who are inside the open 24-hour service window — i.e. people who have messaged you in the last day. WhatsMark automatically limits a session broadcast to exactly those in-window contacts, so you can push a quick free-form update to an active audience without waiting on template approval.

A single broadcast can reach as many contacts as you select from your list — there is no artificial per-broadcast recipient cap inside WhatsMark. Your total stored contacts are bounded by your plan quota (with contact add-ons available if you need more), and the number of broadcasts you can run each month is set by your plan: 5 template and 5 session broadcasts per month on Free, 100 of each on Professional, unlimited on Reseller. The deeper ceiling is always Meta's own messaging tier on your phone number, which grows automatically as your quality rating and volume improve.

You build the audience from your existing contacts. Narrow the contact picker by contact group (for example a "vip" or "cart-abandoned" group), by status, by source, or by contact type, then broadcast to the selection. A live count shows how many reachable contacts you have chosen before you launch. If you are sending on a specific connected number, the audience is automatically scoped to contacts reachable on that channel, and session broadcasts are further limited to contacts inside the open 24-hour window.

Yes. Choose send-now or set a future date and time, and a background job fires the broadcast the minute it comes due. A scheduled broadcast goes out at that single chosen time for the whole audience — WhatsMark does not stagger delivery to each recipient's local timezone today, so pick the time that suits the bulk of your audience. Once a broadcast is running you can pause it, resume it, or cancel it at any point.

Yes — this is one of the most useful controls. When a broadcast finishes, you can clone it down to just the contacts who replied, which creates a fresh draft targeting only those warm contacts for your follow-up. Separately, you can resend a broadcast to only the recipients whose message failed, without re-messaging everyone who already received it. Every recipient's delivery, read and reply status is tracked individually so these actions target exactly the right people.

No. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account to WhatsMark, which means Meta charges the per-conversation fee directly to your Meta account — WhatsMark never sits between you and that fee. Our pricing is a flat subscription for the platform. On top of that, marketing broadcasts that qualify are routed through Meta's cheaper Marketing Messages Lite delivery path automatically, so eligible sends can cost less at Meta's end with no configuration from you.

Not today. WhatsMark does not currently ship a built-in A/B split-test with automatic winner promotion, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a feature that isn't there. What you can do right now is run two separate broadcasts to two contact groups and compare their real-time delivery and reply analytics side by side. Native variant testing is on the roadmap; it is not part of the product at the moment.
